Photo day is coming up on October 28th with Art for Athletes. Below is everything you need to know to help your player prepare.

First, a big thank-you goes out to Access Credit Union who is kindly offsetting the cost of this year's photos! Their generous support allows us to keep the photo package at the same price as last year, which is amazing! We're very grateful for their sponsorship.
Photo schedule
Photos will be taken at the CRRC. Please have your player dressed and ready at least 10 minutes before their photo time, as sessions may begin slightly earlier if we run ahead of schedule. Team photos will be taken first, followed by individual portraits. Arriving late may mean your player misses part or all of their photo session.
Depending on timing, U16 can decide whether they would like to stay and practice after photos are complete, as this is their normal ice time.
Getting ready for your photos
Players will need full ringette equipment, including skates. Helmets will be removed for photos, and sticks will be used in the individual portraits.
The photographer recommends not wearing a neck guard.
Bring your players BLACK Rage Jersey.
Before your player heads onto the ice, a quick onceover will help them be photo-ready!
Photo package: $15.00 (Regular $30)
This is your final cost after the sponsorship from Access Credit Union.
Each player will receive two individual portraits and two team photos, plus black-and-white versions of each - eight high-resolution digital files in total.
There are no order forms to complete. Prints, SportsMates and other products will be available to purchase separately afterward.
Optional sibling or coach/player photos: Additional $25.00
These add-on sessions include two additional digital files, with no substitutions.
In most cases these sessions will take place at the end of each team's time slot. If siblings are on different teams, we will confirm the timing with participating families in advance.
Note that siblings need to wear full equipment, including skates. Please mention any requested exceptions when you email. Family portraits are not available in this option.
Payment
You will receive an email confirming whether you paid for individual player photos during season registration.
If you haven't yet paid or would like to purchase a sibling or coach/player photo session, please follow the instructions in the subsequent payment email. Families who purchase a group/sibling session will be contacted with further details.

Receiving your photos
Photos are expected approximately two weeks after photo day. Your team manager will share the link and instructions. Please download and save your photos before the noted link expiry date.
