President: act as a signing officer for the RRR, call and preside at all meetings, exercise powers of the Executive in emergency situations, sit on all committees as ex-officio voting member, sit on the Clipper Ice Sports board, or appoint another Executive Member, as the RRR liaison, attend Ringette Manitoba, Winnipeg Ringette League, Eastman Ringette Association meetings, provide Presidents Report for the RRR AGM.
Registrar: set dates and arrange online registration, assist the Treasurer and the President, Vice President in setting registration fees for each season, manage all correspondence with Ringette Manitoba and any and all Ringette leagues the RRR competes with regards to player rosters and coaching requirements, work closely with the Coaching & Player Development Chairperson on correspondence related to coaching requirements as noted in item above, may elect two or more co-registrars to manage registration needs, exercise a vote as a member of the Executive Committee, act as a signing officer for the RRR in the absence of the Treasurer or the President or the Vice President, provide Registrar's Report for the RRR AGM.
Advertising (Communications) Chairperson: maintain RRR website with accurate and up-to-date information regarding the RRR, maintain club social media accounts and content, co-ordinate social media with teams within RRR, manage advertising and communications for RRR.
Coaching & Player Development Chairperson: review coaching applications and annual coach selections with members of the board, ensure all coaches have or obtain required training, coordinate Come Try Ringette events as well as skills and conditioning camps.
Equipment Chairperson: maintain control over all RRR equipment, ensure coaches are provided with the necessary equipment at beginning of the season, prepare First Aid kits to all teams, and ensure all equipment is returned at the end of the season and responsible for ordering new equipment.
Ice and Referee Scheduler: acts as liaison between RRR and Town of Niverville and Ste. Agathe arena in determining ice requests for RRR, submit ice times to the appropriate leagues for game schedule preparations, reschedule all necessary ice times due to cancellations or conflicts and offer for sale any ice not able to be used by RRR, coordinate referees for all home league games and ensure referees are paid both for services and mileage.
Merchandise & Corporate Sponsorship Chairperson: develop program of Ringette apparel for sale by RRR and develop coordinated programs for discussion with businesses wishing to support RRR programming.
